⚠️ Off-Platform Deal Restriction
If a recruiter engages directly with a company introduced through OpenHire360 outside the platform to avoid platform fees, the recruiter may be permanently banned from the platform. This is strictly enforced.

OpenHire360 is a hiring marketplace platform and does not guarantee job allocation or closure.

Recruiters agree to the commission structure committed during bidding for successful closures.

OpenHire360 charges a platform fee of 1% from the recruiter's earned commission for successful closures (as per policy).

Payment release percentage (10%) is as per platform policy and subject to company payment clearance.

⚠️ Off-platform deal restriction: Engaging directly with companies introduced via OpenHire360 outside the platform may result in permanent ban.

If no relevant profiles are submitted within 48 hours of being selected, the company may disengage and choose another recruiter.

Recruiter confirms accuracy of submitted information and candidate details shared on the platform.

Recruiter will maintain ethical and professional conduct on the platform at all times.

OpenHire360 may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violations, or breach of platform policies.
